Benefits of working with the Fit Ball.

1. Back health: Strengthens spinal stabilisers and structures responsible for back health and injury prevention.

2. Improved posture: Balancing on the ball builds postural awareness and strength.

3. Core stability: Your deep abdominal and spinal muscles which form a belt around your spine are strengthened. These core muscles stabilise the spine, pelvis and shoulder.

4. Mobility and flexibility: For freedom in movement.


Even when you are just sitting on the ball, it engages the stabilizer muscles. You need to use your abdominal and back muscles to keep your balance on the ball. Training with an exercise ball in the right manner may be beneficial for healthy posture. It is important to maintain proper alignment when using an exercise ball to prevent injury and always consult a Personal Trainer before commencing training.
